She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Price and Eloise Price (Goodloe); her husband Charles Waddell; her son Eric Waddell; her granddaughter Ashley Waddell; and her brother Ray "Sonny" Price.

She is survived by: her son Steven Waddell (Liz) of Lexington; her daughter-in-law Shelley Waddell of Odessa; her grandchildren, Ryan Waddell of Lexington, Travis Waddell (Keslie) of Mayview and Erica Waddell of Odessa; and her great grandchildren, Addison Waddell, Trent Waddell and Jameson Fry.

Memorials may be made to the Presbyterian Disciples Church.
