She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Cado and Minnie Cado (Rostine); her husband David Ballew; her daughter-in-law Vicki Ballew; and her siblings, James Cado, Henry Cado, Jr. and Anna Louise Spease.
She is survived by: her sons, David Ballew (Ruth) of Lexington, Paul Ballew (Penny) of Evansville, IN, Steven Ballew (Jo Lee) of Windsor, MO and John Ballew of Higginsville; and her sister-in-law Janet Cado. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren.
