He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Rash and Mary Ellen Phillips Rash; his parents-in-law, Ercil and Annie Gaus; his grandson Wade Drebenstedt; and his siblings, Marion Strickler, Marvin, Eddie and Raymond Rash.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Rash of Lewistown; his children, Sheila Drebenstedt, Sr. (Daniel) of Taylor, William P. Rash, Jr. (Jess) of Lewistown and Tena Bremmer (Quentin) of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Daniel Drebenstedt, Jr. (Jacqueline), Jennifer Drebenstedt (Tyler Hudson), Tyia Switzer (Howard), Michael Robbins (Kali Kite), Billy Joe Rash (Lea) and Jessica Rash; his great grandchildren, Lisa Gabel, Liam Hudson, Brenden Switzer, Karmen Switzer and Raylan Rash; and his siblings, Koreen Rhea and Donald Rash. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; ten step great-grandchildren.
