He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Simmons, and Sandra East Simmons, Jr.; and his sister Teresa Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Simmons of Lewistown; his children, Brandon Meyer of Canton, Brady Simmons of Canton, Caitlin Roberts (Ryan) of Kahoka, Ryan Cline of Kansas City, Trenton Hendrrick of Lewistown and Mahala Hendrick of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Lyla and Conner Cline; his sister Gena Scott (Jeff) of Williamstown; his nieces, Jonnette Ott and Jessica Ott; and his nephew Craig Ott (Anna).
