He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry W. Sparrow and Margeha Sparrow; his brother George William Sparrow; and his son Richard Sparrow Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Sparrow of Lewistown, MO; and his children, Angela Foster of Quincy, Troy Sparrow (Dawn) of Lewistown Mo, Daniel Vandenboom Portland and Rickey Vandenboom of Quincy. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
