She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward William and Eula Avis Newberry Lewis; her siblings, Betty Lou Lewis, Anna B. Howell, Sandra Sue Schnitzer (Harold) and Bobby Ed Lewis; her nephew Bill Thompson; and her brother-in-law Hubert Thompson.
She is survived by: her son Terry Lewis of Lewistown; her niece Sonja Johnson (Joe) of La Grange; and her nephew Brian Schnitzer (Jana) of Lebanon.
