He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde G. Shoemaker and Bertha Shoemaker (Miller); and his sisters, Linda Kinne and Wanda Peterman. He is survived by: his daughters, Poppy Smith (Dustin) of Hannibal and Beth Overton (Trent) of Wentzville, Missouri; and his sisters, Barbara Strange of Osceola, Frances Campbell of Rushville, Sandra Hovarter of Jacksonville and Cindy Hopkins of Rushville, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
