He is survived by: his mother Patricia Henze of Lewistown; his wife Kathy Henze (Spratt) of Lewistown; his children, Kelsey Henze of Augusta, Gaven Jett (Shelby Hooper) of Springfield and Colten Jett (Allison Housman) of Lewistown; his grandchildren, Hoyt Shepler, Bray Henze, Chevelle Creasy, Trinity Jett, Benjamin Jett and Paisley Jett; his mother-in-law Sherry Spratt of Ewing; his siblings, Steve Henze of Mendon, Lori Henze of Hannibal and Kathy Brown (Kent) of Hannibal; his brother-in-law Kevin Spratt (Kelly) of Lewistown; and his nephews, Matt Palmer (Lisa) of Ewing, R. J. Sharpe of Liberty and Dustyn Spratt of Lewistown.
