He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Gallaher and Anna Gallaher (Miller); his son Willie Phaby; and his siblings, Buck, Ray Gallaher, Blanche Carroll, Ruby Turner, Edna Moyers and Jean Abney.
He is survived by: his wife Lavera Gallaher of Black; and his children, Michael Gallaher (Winnie) of Park Hills, Stanley Hawkins (Pat) of Black, Terry Hawkins (Connie) of Oates, Eddie Phaby, Mark Phaby, Carolyn Bloom (Jim) of Farmington and Marilyn Jansen (Jeff) of Nashville. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
