He is survived by: his parents, Garry Chandler and Sheila Chandler (Foster) of Black, Missouri; his sons, Tim Carl of Black, Blake Carl of Viburnum and Dylan Carl of Lesterville, Missouri; his siblings, Shelly Maize (J. J.) of Centerville, Terria Treadway of Brumley, Missouri and Bryan Treadway of Brumley, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Gunnar Carl and Myleigh Bleckler-Carl. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
