She is survived by: her children, Dean Creek (Gaila) of Silva and Charlotte Renee Kelley of Lesterville; her sisters, Bertha Ward of Louisiana, Judy Amsden of Reynolds and Hilda Smith of Farmington; and her grandchildren, Christen, Zachary, Justin, Gavien, Katlyn and Kelly.
