He is survived by: his mother Janie Creek Kelley of Lesterville; his close friend JoAnn; his children, Zachery Kelley of Fredericktown and Katlyn Kelley of Ironton; and his siblings, Dean Creek of Silva and Charlotte Kelley of Lesterville, Missouri.. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.
