He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Holaway and Martha Holaway (Benton); his children, Dennis, Daniel, Glenn and Teresa Holaway; and his siblings, Gladys, Elsie, Ellen, Ed, Virgil and Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Charlesine Marie Owens; and his daughters, Marilyn Bowman (Richard) of Rosebud and Mindy Holaway of Union. He is also survived by four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and two great, great-grandchildren.
