He is survived by: his daughter Brittany Fultz of Summerville, SC; his grandson Daniel Fultz of Summerville, SC; his mother Millie Jackson of Union, MO; and his siblings, Sherry Siskind of Washington, MO and John Howell (Jean) of Leslie, MO. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
