He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack C. Hayes and Mary Eunice Hayes (Schaffer); and his sister Grace Hayes. He is survived by: his spouse Lorraine Galvin (Fry); his children, Mary Kay Beckman of Las Vegas, Mark Hayes (Cindy), Carol White (John) of Lake Ozark, Kelly Fry (Heather) of Clarence and Troy Fry (Paula) of Macon, Missouri; his grandchildren, Greg, Emily Beckman, Cody, Clayton Hayes, Alison Williams, Kaleigh Cunningham, Jordyn Meeker and Meade Fry; and his great grandchildren, Cody Hayes Jr., Jacksen, Emma Williams, Hudson, Ellie and Everleigh Cunnningham.
