He is survived by: his wife Peggy Parkin; his children, Thomas Fred Parkin (Bonnie) of Lemay Mo, Donald William Parkin (Stephanie) of Arnold Mo, Richard Paul Parkin (Cheryl) of New Baden Il and Patricia Louise Babyak (Brent) of Hannibal Mo; his grandchildren, Thomas William Parkin, Pamela Boland, Steven Louis Parkin, Cassandra Wasem, Heidi Bouvet, Craig Parkin, Jared Bingaman, Kyle Bingaman, Meagan Babyak and Drew Babyak; and his sister Betty Breeher.
