She was predeceased by: her spouse C. Harry Urich, Sr.; her parents, George Moore and Mary Moore; and her sister-in-law Anita. She is survived by: her children, Mary Kohlmiller (Randy) and Carl H. Urich; her grandchildren, Amanda, Ben Hunter, Joshua Urich, Heather and Lindsay Kohlmiller; her great grandchildren, Austin Schellhase and Skyler Counsell; her nieces and nephews, Julie Schweiger (Jerry), Fred Reiser, Brian Moore and Suzanne Meerc; and her brother-in-law Leo Reiser.
