Marlene Kay Treadway Obituary

As we bid Marlene Kay farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Marlene Kay is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She is survived by: her husband Joe; her daughters, Lisa McSpadden (Bob) and Stacey Nance (late Rich); her grandchildren, Jake, Shae and Kaylee; and her sister Penney Adams (late Earl "Skip").

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Homes - South County Chapel (4830 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (1215 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
