She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wibert Greb and Margaret Greb; her husband David George Hartwig; her sons, David Jon Hartwig and Darren Jon Hartwig (Judy); and her sister Janice Moellering (David).

In lieu of flowers memorials in Cheryl's name may be made to St. Louis Moolah Shrine Transportation fund, Humane Society of St. Louis or charity of choice.
