She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" Wagner, Jr.; her parents, William Schell and Etta Schell; and her siblings, Patricia Shobe (Jerry) and William Schell Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Sullivan (Arthur), Vicki Viloria and Phillip Wagner (Heidi); and her grandsons, David Sullivan, Dominic Viloria and Dante Viloria.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM at the John L. Ziegenhein and Sons Funeral Homes - South County Chapel (4830 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery (2900 Sheridan Rd, St. Louis, MO 63125).
