He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Norland; his parents, Oscar Norland and Alta Norland; and his siblings, Marietta Sampson, Donald Norland, Martin Norland and Myrna Nord.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Bira (Thomas) and Laura Gray (William); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Bira, Tyler Gray and Jordan Gray; his sister Norma Eimers; and his close friend Art Scruggs.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Allen's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Heart Association.
