He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clear and Etta Clear (Brown). He is survived by: his wife Pat Clear; his children, Rebekah Rodenbaugh, Jeany McGowen (Ronnie), Debby Thompson (Mark), Rachel Reynolds (Tim) and Stephen Clear (Becky); and his sister Agnes Leighty. He is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
