He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leland Fultz and Lawanda Fultz (Blevins); his wife Karen of Calhoun, MO.; his son Mike Fultz of Polo; his stepsons, Chad Carey (Heather) of Liberty, MO and Toby Hickman of Scottsdale, AZ; and his grandchildren, Mikey, Jared and Ashland Fultz.
