He is survived by: his wife Linda of Leeton; his brother Shawn Moore (Xenia) of San Diego, CA; his half-brother Loren Moore of Fresno, CA; his stepsiblings, William Smith (Barb) of Leeton, Sharon Nussbaum (Bobby) of Leeton and Mary Middleton (James) of Topeka, KS; his brother-in-law Edward Underwood, Jr. (Amanda); his stepchildren, Kimberly Cox (Gary) and Nathan Smith of Leeton; and his grandchildren, Blade Smith of Leeton, Patience Caserta of Leeton, Mystery Smith of Leeton and Harley Cox of Leeton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
