He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Kenneth and Mary John O'Neal (Soles); and his siblings, Lacy Dean O'Neal, Betty Lou Gossett and Peggy Sue Mistler.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Bill B O'Neal (Aleta) of Windsor, MO, T. Keith (Peggy) of Jupiter, FL, Debbie Southard (Roger) of Warrensburg, MO and Pam D. Pickard (Jim) of Leeton, MO.; and his brothers, Kenneth Ray O'Neal (Betty) of Warrensburg and John Robert O'Neal (Linda) of Tightwad, MO.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and several great-great grandchildren.
