He is survived by: his parents, Helen Ruby and William Ruby Jr.; his daughter Jennifer Blair; his wife Terri Ruby (Muller); his child BJ; and his siblings, Bob (Estela), Kevin (Mary), Artie (Nannette), Pat, John (Jody), Tom, Justin (Amy) and Shannon Ruby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and extended family.
