He is survived by: his mother Helen Johnson Priestly (Jim) of Lee's Summit, MO; his children, Athena Fron (Adam) of Urbandale, IA, Amanda McPherson (Jared) of Centennial, CO and Tom Green of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Mika, Tessa and Owen; his siblings, James Green of Henderson, NV, Ted Green (Susan) of Lee's Summit, MO and Carly Keeney (Brian) of Gardner, KS; and his stepsister Nichelle Unterriener (Mark). He is also survived by aunts and uncles; cousins; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations to Our Lady of the Presentation Future Project Fund, Lee's Summit, MO.
