He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Finn and Eileen Finn (Carlson); and his sisters, Anita Boland and Donna Fransen. He is survived by: his wife Harlena "Sam" Finn (Spratt); his children, Shannon Finn, Kelli Finn, Jeff Finn (Amy), Brad Finn and Heather Huffman (Greg); his grandchildren, Taylor Finn (Joe Johns), Kelsey Swailes (Zach), Lauren Ferger, Riley Finn (Tayden Patterson), Logan Ferger, Sam Schaible and Finnley Schaible; his great grandchildren, Zoey Johns and Wren Swailes; and his pets, Abigail and Josie. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Dementia Society of America in Thomas' name.
