It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Woodrow Spencer Jr. of Lees Summit, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore W. Spencer, and LaVeta Spencer, Sr. (Lang). He is survived by: his wife Enid; his children, Robert Bell, Jr. (Mona), Charles Edwin Bell, Sr., Kathleen Linden (Rich), Ronald G. Spencer and Amy C. Spencer; his grandchildren, Kathryn Ashley Bell, Sydney Elizabeth Bell, Sean Thomas Allen, Nicole Marie Bell, Sarah Jane Spencer and Charles Edwin Bell, Jr.; and his sisters, Marsha S. Dotson and Sandy S. Hart.
