He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie and Arth; and his brothers, Chuck and Paul. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Tina (JJ), Katie (Conrad), Michael (Kara) and Stephanie (Scott); his grandchildren, Andrew, Addyson, Wyatt, Loren, Aubrey and Trevor; his parents-in-law, Chuck and Mary King; and his brother-in-law John (Kelly). He is also survived by aunts and uncles, cousins, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
