She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Gortney and Ruth Gortney; her husband Danny Brinkley; her children, Michelle Pirie (Jon) and Phillip Brinkley (Nikky); and her grandchildren, Mallory Pirie, Justin Pirie (Shizuka), Jared Pirie (Samantha) and Jacob Pirie. She was also cherished by many great grandchildren.
