He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Tobler. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Crowl; and his siblings, Vic Tobler (Carol) of Kennesaw, GA and Genevieve Gallup (Ed) of Pittsburg, KS.. He is also survived by friends and family.

Memorial contributions may be left to Wayside Waifs or the German Shepherd Association in Stephens name.
