He is survived by: his mother Janice Casey; his grandchild JD; his grandmother Betty Worthley; his mother Janice Brown (Burt); his sister Lori Melton; his daughters, Jessica Williams (Alex) and Lindsey McClain (Justin); his grandchildren, Lucy, Katherine, William Sean and Justin Dwight; his nephews, Zechariah (Nicole) and Caleb Melton; and his cousins, Robert Worthley II and Dan Worthley.
