She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Alfred Criswell and Ruth Eileen Criswell (Blake); her son Samuel Kephas; her brother Richard Criswell; and her nephew Aaron Criswell.

She is survived by: her sister Jayne Crabtree (David Crabtree); her sister-in-law Bonnie Criswell; her nephew Josh; her nieces, Natalie, Sallie and Stella; and her sons, Eric Kephas (Jennifer) and Tyler Kephas.
