He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Skivers and Grace Skivers; and his sister Laura Nagorney. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Skivers; his siblings, Patty Skivers, Deborah Conrad (Pete) and Mike Skivers (Julie); his children, Dawn Cullen (John), Jessica Wood (Jason), Joseph Skivers (Tiffany), Reagan Wilson (Mirvin), James Skivers (Katie) and Ryan Little (Leanne); and his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Taylor, Cody, Candice, Jordyn, Owen, Grace, Nathan, Elijah, Kaelyn, Rylee, Payton, Leighton, Carson, Presley, Lorraine, Christian and Anthoni. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
