With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Gary Forbes of Lees Summit, Missouri, who passed away on January 20, 2024 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Carrie; his siblings, Barbara Vohland, Debra Sinclair (Keith) and Chad Forbes; his sons, Nick Forbes, Jefferey McDonald and Billy McDonald; and his grandchildren, James McDonald and Samantha McDonald. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care.
