She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Wood and Mary Wood (Doran); her close friend Duke; and her brother Randy Wood. She is survived by: her pet Lucy; her son Brian Wood (Marsha) of Lee's Summit; her brothers, Gary Wood (Margaret) and David Wood (Kathy); and her grandson Brody Wood.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the VFW Post 5789 (329 SE Douglas St, Lee's Summit, MO 64063). Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 150 NW Murray Rd, Lee's Summit, MO 64081. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
