She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Alva Forrest and Grace Willoughby Forrest; her husband Robert A. Evans; and her brother Lawrence P. Forrest. She is survived by: her nephews, Lawrence C. Forrest (Karen) of Granbury, TX, Stephen K. Forrest (Alice) of Bloomington, IL, Charles K. Forrest (Cindy) of Knob Noster, MO and Ernest P. Forrest (Theresa) of Weldon Spring, MO; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sabrina Howser (Joseph), Charles Forrest (Sammi), Alex Forrest and Kayla Forrest. She is also survived by three great great nieces and nephew.
