She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Kemple; her parents, Hildred V. Pendleton (Brown) and Fredrick A. Pendleton; her brother Donald F. Pendleton; her husbands, Howard M. Willis and George I. Engle; and her stepchildren, Patricia M. Creson (Engle) and Rene J. Dahl (Engle).
She is survived by: her children, James D. Willis (Sandra) of Myrtle Beach, Stanley M. Willis (Christine) of Englewood, William G. Willis (Diane) of Larkspur and Catherine E. Nugent (Dan) of Leawood, Kansas.; her grandchildren, Shawn Willis, Shane Willis, Amanda Willis, Courtney Willis, Casey Willis, Carolyn Williams, Casey Cook, Ashley Willis, Joe Willis, Nicholas Nugent, Steven Nugent, Kelly Nugent, Matthew Clary, Andrea Creson and Amber Creson; and her stepsons, William Kemple Jr. (Joanna) and Roger Kemple (Kellie). She is also survived by her family, spending time with her six children, thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Silverado Memory Care (3101 SW 3rd St, Lee's Summit, MO 64081).
