With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Ruth Phillips of Lees Summit, Missouri, born in Bunceton, Missouri, who passed away on December 30, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Phillips (Louis Mammen); and her son David. She is survived by: her son Terry (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Philip, Chelsea (Stephen), Lacey, Spencer, Christine (Jason) and Devin; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Hailey, Jayden, Rylee and Camden; and her great great grandchild Braighley. She is also survived by her family, friends, and caregivers.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO in Ms. Phillips' memory may be made.
