He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Horace and Loleta May Bailey (Tallman); and his brother Glen Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Jean Bailey; his children, Scott Karl Bailey (Carmen) of Hutchinson, Minnesota, Michele Gilliland (Brad) of Pleasant Hill, Darcy Jean Watson (Victor) of Lawrence and Jamie Loleta Pell (Kevin) of Dacula, Georgia; his aunt Wilda Tallman; and his cousin Randy Tallman of Cornell, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren (with number 8 on the way), other relatives and many friends.
