She is survived by: her spouse Cecelia Carter; her son James Baxter (Cora); her grandchildren, Amaris Smith, Brenia Smith and Aria Baxter; her great grandchild Liam Smith; and her siblings, Larry Wills (Charolett) and Barbara Breig. She is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
