He was predeceased by: his father Elvis Sullins; and his stepfather Larry Raymond Burton. He is survived by: his mother Mary Allice Sullins (Goff) of Independence; his wife Deborah Kay Walker of Lee's Summit; his children, Brandon Sullins (Rebecca) of Lee's Summit, Jennifer Parks (Brandon) of Blue Springs, Andrea Sullins-Adams (Brian) of Lee's Summit and Samantha Sullins of Lee's Summit; his grandchildren, Maggie, Weston, Leah, Molly, Gwen and Maisie; and his siblings, Terry Sullins (Debbie) of Olathe, Vickey Hamblen (John) of Kearney and Sherry Couch of Oak Grove. He is also survived by several nephews; other relatives and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Children's Mercy Hospital and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
