He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Silvey and Hazel Silvey (Tuttle). He is survived by: his friend Sandra Bowlby of Liberty; his children, Mark Silvey (Kendra) of Raytown and Rhonda Roosa (Ken Walker) of Kansas City; his brother George Silvey (Susan) of Lake Winnebago; his grandchildren, Mark Silvey, Jr., Stephanie Brownlee (Ryan) and Kaden Walker; and his great grandchild Bentley. He is also survived by cousins and nieces.
