She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle G. Stout and Edith Francisco Stout; her husband John "Jack" Mowatt; and her grandson Ryan Mowatt. She is survived by: her children, Beth McKinney (Russ), Larry Mowatt (Donna), Joel Mowatt (Joyce) and Ellen Donovan (Jerry); and her brother Galen Stout. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
