He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Case and Mary Louise Case (Eckinger); his son Christopher Case; and his brothers, Dennis and Randall.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Marie Thomas; his sons, Cary Michael Case (Jennifer) of Blue Springs, MO and Colby Andrew Case (Alyssa) of Blue Springs, MO; his brother Michael D. Case; his grandchildren, Conner, Carter, Shelby, Tayler, Christopher, Allie and Ava; and his great grandchild Noah.
