He is survived by: his children, Amy Anderson (David) and Jay Chastain (Melissa); his granddaughters, Megan, Sophie, Camille Anderson, Emily and Haley Chastain; his sister Peggy Chastain; and his nieces and nephews, Heather Gunn (Brandon), Elizabeth Knipp (Jeff), Lance Wallace (Lana) and Jeff Bogart (Lori).
