She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Welch and Earline Welch; and her sister Sharon Howey. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her sons, Brett and Scott Elliott; her brother-in-law Ed Howey; and her grandchildren, Dawn Elliott, Jason Elliott, Ashlyn, Megan Hicks, Dillon and Kevin Elliott. She is also survived by Four great grandchildren, two nieces, and 1 nephew.
