He is survived by: his wife Rita Marie Boroughs; his children, Nancy Collier of Overland Park, Kansas and Jim Shultz (Julie) of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his grandchildren, Keith Collier (Monica) of Overland Park, Kansas, Brooke Collier of Overland Park, Kansas, Sara Pernice (Mike) of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Avery Andrade of Lee's Summit, Missouri; his great grandchildren, Dayton and Hudson Collier; his granddaughters, Eva, Iris Rupert, Alice, Lillian and Emilia Pernice; his nieces, Pamela Eikermann (Taylor) and Donna Harris (Taylor); and his nephew Gregory Stewart.
