It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Wayne Webb of Lees Summit, Missouri, who passed away on August 10, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ishmal Webb and Anna Webb; his sister Kathleen Rice; and his daughter Melanie Brach. He is survived by: his wife Veldonna; his son Greg Webb (Debbie); his son-in-law Joel Brach; his grandchildren, Sean Webb, Matthew Webb (Lakyn), Rachel Brach, Joanna Brach, Suzanne Brach, Jonathan Brach, Daniel Brach and Paul Brach; his great grandchildren, Brooks and Parker Joy Webb; and his siblings, Carroll Webb (Pat), Dwain Webb (Etta) and Betty Morgan.
